- packet of white and pink marshmallows
- 1 1/2 packets malt biscuits, crushed
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1 TBSP syrup
- 2 TBSP cocoa
- 50gms butter
1. Place the condensed milk, butter, and cocoa in a saucepan and heat gently until mixture is melted together.
2. Add the crushed biscuits to the mixture and mix well.
3. Wet hands so mixture is easy to roll, and place a marshmallow around a small handful of mixture. Roll to form a ball.
4. Roll in coconut and chill for two hours.
